Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy


Wisetime Learning Private Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

A.      Cancellation :

Customer can cancel the order anytime before it leaves the warehouse which is minimum of     4-5 hours for orders received & dispatched same day. The entire amount paid by customer will be refunded after deducting the payment processing charges which is taken by Banks / payment gateway integrators.

Customers can cancel the order while it is in transit but then in addition of payment processing charges, packaging charges, courier charges, Govt taxes (if any) would be deduced.

B.      Refund :

Customers can ask for refund / replacement under 2 circumstances:

1.      When the goods received have manufacturing defect which cannot be rectified or we not have in stock to give the replacement. ( Refund )

2.      Goods received were completely damaged and customer has refused to take delivery of the goods since it was damaged. ( replacement )

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications mentioned on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.


C.       Replacement Policy

All products sold at are covered under our 5 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 24 hours from the date of delivery and we found your claim is genuine then we will issue a new replacement to you. To request a replacement, simply contact us with your purchase details within 24 hours s of receipt of goods   please send is the email explaining why you’re requesting a replacement – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Replacements are being processed within 5 days of receiving the defecting goods back from the customer.
